1. Introduction and Acceptance

7fbd ("we", "our", "platform") provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("agreement") govern the use of 7fbd's website, mobile application, and all related services.

By accessing the 7fbd platform, registering, or participating in any game or betting service, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

This agreement is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. 7fbd reserves the right to change these terms at any time with little or no prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

21+ Age Policy: 7fbd is for people aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

To use 7fbd's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
  • All information provided in your account must be true, accurate, and complete.
  • You are not employed by or affiliated with any gaming establishment.
  • You may not operate more than one 7fbd account at the same time.
  • You have not previously been banned from 7fbd or any related platform for legal reasons.

If we determine that a user does not meet these eligibility requirements, 7fbd reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit any deposited funds.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on 7fbd, you must provide accurate and verifiable personal information. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address are required at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account closure.

3.2 Identity Verification

7fbd may at any time request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended if the verification process is not completed.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

  • Only one account per person is permitted.
  • Account transfer or sale is strictly prohibited.
  • Operating an account on behalf of someone else is not allowed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

7fbd accepts Bangladesh's leading payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300.

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The payment method used for withdrawal must be registered in the account holder's name.

  • Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
  • Large withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals may be suspended if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. After claiming this bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Each promotion has its own time limit; expired bonuses are cancelled.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address cannot claim the same bonus.
  • 7fbd reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
  • Attempting to use bonuses for fraudulent purposes will result in account closure.

5.3 VIP Program

Loyal 7fbd members can advance through three VIP levels:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Higher VIP levels can be reached through regular and active participation. 7fbd reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The 7fbd platform offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming options. Each game has its own rules and it is the user's responsibility to understand them before starting to play.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, though applicable cancellation policies may exist.
  • If a bet is voided or not paid out due to a technical error, 7fbd will investigate and make a decision.
  • 7fbd's decision on the outcome of any game is final.
  • Bets will not be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Additional rules apply for betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other local and international cricket tournaments. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded, though this may differ under special conditions.

6.3 Technical Issues

7fbd will not be liable for any loss caused by server outages, internet disconnection, or other technical issues. However, for proven platform-side errors, 7fbd will provide appropriate remedies.

7. Responsible Gaming

7fbd places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that recreational gaming is enjoyable, and we are committed to ensuring it does not become an addiction.

  • You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • If needed, you can temporarily suspend yourself from the platform.
  • Long-term self-exclusion options are also available.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. You should withdraw your balance before closing your account.

10.2 Closure at 7fbd's Initiative

7fbd may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Detection of fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to complete identity verification.
  • Suspicion of money laundering.
  • Compliance with legal or regulatory directives.

7fbd reserves the right to forfeit all account balances if fraud is proven.

11. Limitation of Liability

7fbd is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform, however our liability is limited in the following areas:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection.
  • Delays or failures in third-party payment processing.
  • Game interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
  • Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or mistakes.
  • Problems caused by third-party sites or services.

In any unforeseen circumstance, 7fbd's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12. Changes & Amendments
